In this workshop we will look at the most common attacks and learn how to use Krav Maga techniques to defend ourselves. We will also look at ways to prevent such attacks from happening. Krav Maga is not only a system of techniques, but also a mindset. We will look at different situations, including how to set firm boundaries, how to avoid an escalation, how to know when it is necessary to become aggressive and how to do so.
Note: Comfortable clothings is recommended.

About Krav Maga
Krav Maga is an Israeli self defence system created by Imi Lichtenfeld. It was originally used in the military and later adapted for civilians. Its techniques are based on natural reactions. If you can’t avoid a dangerous situation, it’s best to defend, counterattack quickly and run away to safety.
Moreover, Krav Maga is a mindset. In Krav Maga, “giving up” is a non-existent phrase. We fight until the end.
About the Instructor
Eleonora Giustiniani has been training Krav Maga for almost 10 years with the International Krav Maga Federation (IKMF), the world leading Krav Maga organisation which was founded by Imi Lichtenfeld’s best students. In February, she completed her instructor formation to teach mixed group of civilians. She will soon take more courses to specialize on teaching women and children.
