CACAO CEREMONY + JUNG'S SHADOW WORK WORKSHOP

This workshop is an invitation to explore the balance of feminine and masculine energies within you, not as gender roles, but as vital inner forces. We’ll journey through guided shadow work inspired by Jungian psychology, using ritual, reflection, movement, and sacred cacao to bring healing to the polarities we carry inside.
Often, one energy dominates, and this imbalance plays out in our relationships, creativity, decision-making, and emotional well-being. Together we’ll uncover hidden dynamics and gently reconnect to our wholeness. You’ll leave feeling more integrated, aware, and aligned.

– Opening ritual with ceremonial cacao
– Guided shadow work & inner inquiry

– Sharing circle & integration

10:00-10:30 Arrival, welcome
10:30-11:00 Cacao ceremony
11:00-13:00 Exercises 1.
13:00-14:00 Break - potluck lunch (please bring food to share)
14:00-14:40 Exercises 2.
14:40-14:50 Closing, cleanup
🎒 What to Bring:
– Water bottle
– Journal + pen
– Comfortable clothes for sitting & gentle movement
– Optional: personal altar item (crystal, photo, symbol)
– vegetarian or vegan food to share in potluck
