Join us for a transformative workshop designed to bring awareness and balance to the feminine 🌙 and masculine ☀️ energies within each of us. Through movement, voice, and shadow work 🖤, we’ll explore how these inner forces show up in our lives — and how to harmonize them.
This is a safe and supportive space to embrace both the light and shadow of your being, reconnect with your authentic self, and explore your unique expression of inner polarity.
Whether you feel more aligned with the feminine, the masculine, or both — this journey will support you in deepening your self-awareness, integrating inner wounds, and stepping into wholeness. 🕉️

– How to identify wounded patterns related to feminine and masculine energy
– How to embody emotional balance, personal power, and healthy expression
– How to create deeper connection in relationships by honoring polarity

13:45–15:15 Exercises 1 – Inner Awareness & Journaling
15:15–16:15 Potluck Break (please bring vegetarian/vegan food to share)
16:15–17:45 Exercises 2 – Embodiment & Group Practice
17:45–18:00 Closing Circle

– Water bottle
– Journal + pen
– Comfortable clothes for sitting & gentle movement
– Optional: personal altar item (crystal, photo, symbol)
– vegetarian or vegan food to share in potluck
