Join us at the "Solution-based Conflict Resolution" workshop, where experts Dr. Gratie and Ms. Hüni will guide you through effective strategies for navigating conflicts in higher education and everyday situations. This event is designed to introduce you to the transformative power of coaching skills in conflict resolution and to equip you with practical, solution-oriented conversation tools. Together, the experts will lead an interactive session that includes hands-on role-play activities, allowing participants to practice and embody these techniques in real-life scenarios.
