COLLABORATIVE LEADERSHIP: EFFECTIVE WAYS FOR TRANSFORMATIVE COLLECTIVE ACTION
with Anaïs Sägesser & Björn Müller (Co-Founders of STRIDE)
How can we lead an effective collaboration & how can leadership emerge from an effective collaboration?
In order to make diversity work (effectively), collaboration needs leadership. As LAB participant, you gain practical collaboration tools and frameworks, as well as facilitation and leadership skills. Get equipped to initiate and co-create transformative collaborative projects, within or in-between teams and organizations. Through interactive inputs, hands-on simulations and case-based peer-learning, you will learn to effectively lead collaboration, enable participatory decision-making and help leadership develop as a collaborative effort.
After the Lab, you will be able to:
Determine which aspects of collaboration are (not) needed in particular contexts;
Differentiate leadership requirements of collaboration;
Apply methods which foster collaboration and especially participatory decision-making;
Integrate some of the learned methods into your own context to foster collaborative leadership
STRIDE UnCertificate
Attending the workshop and fully completing the lab's pre and post assignments (extra 18H), you will ensure your deep learning and best application in your context. You will also be rewarded with a professional certificate - the “STRIDE unCertificate of Completion”.
