Transformational Leadership Session: Race to Zero Dialogues
Event Information
About this event
On the last day of the Race To Zero Dialogues, the 19th November, the Club of Rome and the Potsdam Institute have the pleasure of organising the closing session from 15.00-18.30 GMT.
This full afternoon session will mark the end of a ten-day series of virtual dialogues, with the objective to build momentum around the shift to a decarbonised economy ahead of COP26. Titled Transformational Leadership, the session will bring together political, business, science and academic leaders who are leading on this economic transformation to conclude the Dialogues. The aim of the closing session is to build on the different sectoral outputs by highlighting the systemic opportunities to emerge resilient from the global health, biodiversity and climate emergencies we face. The session will focus on accelerating action by exploring new economic thinking and transformational leadership in the broadest sense, followed by closing remarks from the High-Level Champions and high-level guests.
We wish to take this afternoon to reflect on remaining challenges and future opportunities to move from Dialogue to Action as we enter this Decade of Action and move towards COP26.
