About this event

Weekly practice of resourcing and trauma-sensitive yoga that allows to restore and rebuild the trust between oneself and the body. Instruction in English by a teacher certified in Sivananda tradition using the trauma-sensitive approach. Includes six rounds of sun salutation, asana sequence and the guided final relaxation. Beginner-friendly.
