I have been on a journey of writing a book about doing the unthinkable. Practicing the Wim Hof Method has been a tool for me for doing the unthinkable, befriending the uncomfortable, and understanding what I am capable of. Doing what you thought to be impossible before helps you do the unthinkable in every area of your life.
