Using Social Listening to Define and Refine your Community's Purpose
Event Information
About this Event
Join the DNA Digital Nomad Academy this September 2020 for a free series of online sessions on the topic of "Community Purpose".
A useful introduction or checkpoint for everyone at any stage of your community-building process, we will dive into why it's important to define and refine your community's purpose, how it should be the North Star that guides your decision-making, and why it should be reflected in every interaction you have with your community, including communications and social media.
Online Session #2
The second online session of the series will discuss why it is important to continually analyse conversations and trends happening in your community, company, and industry, to fine-tune your community's purpose and make better strategic decisions.
Using real-world examples, we will look at how other companies and organisations have succeeded or failed at utilising social listening to build their communities. And what lessons you can take from their experiences.
This session will be led by Aisha Schnellmann, an independent communications strategist, based in Switzerland. She is currently on the Board of Directors at the Women in Digital Health Association, and in the Communications team at GreenBuzz Zurich, Switzerland.
