How and when can I pay?

Before or right after the class, you can pay via TWINT or cash. A minimum contribution of CHF 10 per participant is set. Yet, you can follow the below recommendation: CHF 20 for AHV/students CHF 30 otherwise

Do I have to book in advance or can I spontaneously come to practice?

Spontaneous walk-in are welcome, yet I'd recommend booking your spot so that we can ensure you get a mat.

I have never practiced yoga, can I still attend?

No experience with yoga is required. All are welcome! Supported by various props, meditation and breathing techniques, the poses are adaptable to your needs.

Do I have to bring my own mat?

Mats and props are provided by the studio. Yet, feel free to bring yours if you prefer practicing with your own mat or if you spontaneously decide to join without having booked your spot in advance :)
