In his keynote, designer David Dudler shows us how strategic design connects UX and service design, helps solve complex challenges, and creates lasting impact — turning design from decoration into direction.

David, a Swiss art director and graphic designer, has worked across UX, service design, and brand strategy. With experience in design leadership, customer experience, and creative direction, he focuses on how thoughtful design delivers real value. Join us on November 25 as he shares why the future of design starts with thinking.
