More than ever before, in our increasingly polarised word, ownership matters. The values and motivations of owners play a key role in the direction their businesses take, yet the many types of ownership structures of companies and organisations are not often discussed or explored in detail. What does it mean to be a responsible owner today? And how do ownership characteristics and intentions influence the direction of an organization?

During this workshop participants will explore the different types of ownership and draw on their own experiences. The workshop will conclude with a discussion on why ownership matters and how organisations and society can benefit from it. You will leave having gained a deeper understanding of the notion of ownership and how ownership education can make an impact.
