Question 1

Who can attend?

Accepted Answer

People of all genders are welcome and encouraged to attend the conference. The name "Women in Data Science" reflects our ambition to highlight the work of women in the field, which so often gets overlooked. We invite everyone to come and learn from their insight and experience.

Question 2

Can I buy a ticket at the door?

Accepted Answer

Unfortunately, due to financial restrictions, all our sales must happen online beforehand. Be sure to get your ticket quickly because every other year we have sold out! Some people were left high and dry due to their hesitation.

Question 3

I would be interested in being a speaker/a sponsor/part of the team next year, what can I do?

Accepted Answer

We would love to have you onboard for the 2026 event! Please fill out this form: https://forms.gle/ySdHfVxE6qq3Lygw6

Question 4

Is catering provided?

Accepted Answer

Lunch, coffee breaks, aperitif and cocktail dinner will be provided. Please bring snacks if you are a big eater!

Question 5

Do I have to pay with Paypal?

Accepted Answer

Unfortunately, yes. For events in Switzerland, Eventbrite, only offers the option of payment through Paypal. If you don't have an account, the only thing we can advise is to make one - which is very quick and can be immediately deleted - or to ask a friend to purchase your ticket.
