Who are we?
Julia is a passionate yoga teacher and health coach. She has been practicing and teaching different yoga styles for the last 7 years and fell more an more in love with a feminine approach to yoga. One that respects our inherent cyclical nature and supports our overall well-being. Currently, she teaches public classes in vinyasa, yin and power yoga and 1:1 private classes in fertility yoga and yoga for menstrual health.
Inés is a holistic health coach & nutritionist. She is a passionate essential oil educator and pregnancy wellness coach. Her interest of all feminine essentially grew in her first pregnancy over 4 years ago. She supports women through a holistic pregnancy and educates families on taking a proactive approach to their health and wellness through natural remedies.
