How and when can I make my donation?

Before or right after the class, you can make your donation via TWINT or with cash. Donations are an exchange of energy, you give as much as you valued the class a/o you can. You can follow the below recommendation: CHF 20 for AHV/Students CHF 30 otherwise

Do I have to book in advance or can I spontaneously come to practice?

Spontaneous walk-in are welcome, yet I'd recommend booking your spot so that we can ensure you get a mat.

I have never practiced (yin) yoga, can I still attend?

No experience with Yin Yoga is required. Supported by various props, meditation and breathing techniques, the poses are adaptable to your needs.

Do I have to bring my own mat?

Mats and props are provided by the studio. Yet, feel free to bring yours if you prefer practicing with your own mat or if you spontaneously decide to join without having booked your spot in advance :)
