I have never practiced (yin) yoga, can I still attend?

Accepted Answer

No experience with Yin Yoga is required. Supported by various props, meditation and breathing techniques, the poses are adaptable to your needs.

Do I have to attend all classes of the series?

Accepted Answer

No. You don't need to attend all classes, single class- and  8-class-passes are available.

Do I have to book in advance or can I spontaneously come to practice?

Drop-ins are also welcome but I would recommend you book online as spots are limited :)

Do I have to bring my own mat?

Accepted Answer

Mats and props are provided by the studio. Yet, feel free to bring yours if you prefer practicing with your own mat. I would also recommend bringing extra layered, comfortable clothes that you feel good in because yin yoga is a practice that can lower our body temperature.
