HEARD.
Lara Leeves is the founder of HEARD., a community for women who discovered their ADHD later in life.
HEARD. was created following her own late diagnosis, to bring women together who have spent years feeling misunderstood, overwhelmed, or like they never quite fit- only to later discover they are neurodivergent.
Through relaxed in-person walks, support drop-ins, Zoom sessions, and community events, HEARD. creates welcoming spaces for women to connect, share their experiences, and feel less alone. No pressure, no judgement — just real conversation, community, and a bit of calm in the chaos.
HEARD. also hosts The Conversations – Real Women, Real Stories podcast, where women share their late ADHD diagnosis stories and lived experiences to help other women feel seen, understood, and supported.
