Karime is your organiser. In addition to being a consultant and entrepreneur, she is a  Sustainability and Supply Chain professional with over 23 years’ experience. Karime worked at global corporations, as Delphi Automotive Systems for almost 10 years and at the big FMCG, Unilever, for close to 14 years. Her experience includes work in the areas of sustainability, manufacturing, continuous improvement, performance management, quality, lean tools and systems, demand planning (S&Ops), logistics, environment, innovation and positive social impact. She has helped leaders in creating and implementing their strategies, joined boards and has been an active advisor.

Karime is also a trained teacher in meditation and concentration, practising for more close to 10 years, most profoundly in the last 4, and teaching for the last 2 years. 

 Karime earns a post-MBA diploma  in Advanced Sustainable Business in Switzerland at Business School Lausanne and Saint Gallen University. She holds a BS degree in Industrial Engineering (USP- University of Sao Paulo), an Executive-MBA (FIA – Institute of Administration Foundation by USP). She is also a certified 6Sigma Black Belt and APICs-CPIM, a DrivenWoman certified Group Leader and her company is a member of the S2 Sustainability Strategies, The natural Step Schweiz.
