Travelling the world and studying self healing methods from the age of 16 and working on myself to find inner peace, searching for the meaning of life, self-healing the unconscious and unlearning the limiting beliefs cannot be expressed with a series of diplomas and certifications.

If it needs to be expressed in words I am a Holistic Feminine Embodiment Mentor, Women's Empowerment Coach, Certified Hypno Therapist, Vegan Nutrition Expert, Reiki and Yoga Master. I have been coaching clients all over the globe on holistic health and lifestyle changes for over 20 years.

I am my own medicine woman and my role is to guide you to heal yourself. My life’s purpose is to guide you on how to feel in-tune with your own body and begin a journey of self-love, sexual sovereignty, spirituality, feminine embodiment and true nourishment.

After my own personal journey from being a single mother of 3 children and running my own business while going through a painful divorce, burn out and overcoming incredible challenges in my life, I am passionate about helping others use more of their potential to create the life of their dreams.

From the energetic to the physical, all of these systems have played a key role in my own well-being and understanding of the foundational connection between the human body, mind, heart and soul.

In 1996 I decided to travel to India where I stayed and lived for a total of 7 years and found deep healing in Tantra and Yoga. There I found my calling to help and support especially women how to get out of states like depression, guilt-tripping, post-traumatic stress, weight-issues, emotional struggles and sexual problems.

I do this through guiding you intuitively in reclaiming your sensual pleasure, soul purose and sexy Goddess power!
