1. **Assisting at risk students with transition plans:** We provide vital support and resources to at risk students, helping them navigate the transition from high school to post-secondary education or the workforce. Our goal is to ensure these students have access to the opportunities and support they need to build a successful future.

2. **Supporting survivors of domestic violence:** We offer comprehensive support services to survivors of domestic violence by ensuring access to resources necessary to rebuild their lives including but not limited to shelter, counseling, and legal assistance. Our aim is to provide a safe and nurturing environment where survivors can heal and thrive.

3. **Health and Wellness Programs:** We promote health and wellness within communities by raising awareness about preventive care and autoimmune diseases. Through educational initiatives, workshops, and outreach programs, we empower individuals to take proactive steps towards better health and well-being.

4. **Community Partnerships:** We collaborate with other community organizations to address emerging needs and challenges as they arise. By working together, we can maximize our impact and create lasting change in the communities we serve.
