Ottawa Dance and Music Festival is Art and Cultural division of PAND Settlement Services 

PAND Settlement Services is a non-profit charity settlement service organization in Ottawa , our mandate is to provide culturally and linguistically appropriate pre-arrival and post-arrival mentorship, settlement, training and support services and programs to bridge the gap between Immigration and Employment for Iranian and Farsi Speaking newcomers and also facilitate their successful adaptation and integration processes into their new life and culture in Ottawa.
