My mission is to provide knowledge about Converdsational AI, voice assistants and AI product development. With more than 15 years of experience in the IT industry on both the client and vendor side, I have successfully built digital products, and managed projects in various industries (e.g. media, government, healthcare, supply chain, telecom). Finally, my passion is to motivate people to achieve the impossible and stay curious.

Background:

• MSc. in Business and Economics (Major in Strategic Management and Marketing) and an MAS in Computer Information Systems.
• Worked at Bayer Healthcare, Zühlke Group, TX Group, Dataphone AG.
• Establishment of the international Marketing & Business Development department reporting to the CEO at Dataphone AG. Establishment of a company-wide new vision (company growth: 30 FTE to 110 in less than 4 years, company was sold in 2021).
• Built a successful AI startup as an early partner and board member focusing on sales, consulting and marketing.
• Developed several digital products (first E2E voice restaurant booking in Switzerland, SBB voice assistant, conversational B2B chatbots, VoIP at Swisscom, smart glasses for warehousing, invented two B2B games).
• Is certified Requirements Engineer, Conversation Designer, Agile Business Analyst.
• Mandates: Jury at Best of Swiss Apps, Guest Teacher at ZHAW, HSLU, Female Digital Innovator Award by Femtrepreneurs (2020), Founder at Voicetechhub.
