Sahtain is Arabic for Bon Appetit! Nunu is me, a former professional foodie now sharing family recipes from my Middle Eastern (levantine) American roots.

I’m a faithful foodie culturally and developed into one accidentally by profession 24 years ago!

I grew up in a multi cultural household here in the USA and as an expat on foreign soil with the deep routed tradition of ‘breaking bread’ with the best of family and friends.
