These seminars are designed for Hörmann partners and their employees who are new, but have basic knowledge of doors and operators, or more experienced staff wishing to update their knowledge.Cancellation policy:If you would like to amend your booking, you must contact Marizel Le Roux (m.leroux.lei@hormann.co.uk) to discuss the changes. We reserve the right to accept or reject any requests.Cancellation requests can be made over the phone, via email, or in person. Please be aware that if you do not attend the training session or do not cancel at least 24 hours in advance, your company will be invoiced £100 to cover related costs and training time.We have the right to change the time and date of any event by providing you with written notice at least 24 hours in advance. If we notify you of a change to the booking, you have the option to cancel or reschedule.
