ANTI DIET RIOT CLUB is a rebellious-spirited community, dedicated to fighting back against ‘Diet Culture’ and the dangerous body and beauty ideals that come with it. We believe in fat liberation, radical self love and the reclamation of our bodies against a society that teaches us to mistrust them.Our events give a platform to the many campaigners, scientists, writers and artists that are themselves fighting for these concepts. They're often educational, sometimes creative, and we hope always fun! Our mission is to give people practical tools, not just inspiring statements, that means they walk away with a better understanding of how to live a more intuitive, diet free, self-accepting life.
