Online Workshops

The Intrinsic Art Therapy Studio is an online community space created by clinical counsellor + art therapist Elspeth Robertson. Elspeth focuses on embracing presence over perfection and works with art to inspire authentic + intentional living. Creating art with others in a group format can be a significant act of self-care which allows for dedicated time for creative rest and reflection.Follow Elspeth on instagram@intrinsic.therapyor visit her websitewww.intrinsic-therapy.com
