Sound Baths in Hove

Hello, I'm Naomi- a sound therapist based in Sussex. I offer a wide range of sound experiences to promote and enhance your well-being. Holding community sound baths around Brighton and Hove.Sound baths provide an opportunity to set aside time for rest and to be transported by meditative sounds. During a sound bath I will play Himalayan and crystal singing bowls, gongs, drums, and gentle percussion to create a relaxing experience. Encouraging you to unwind and create a sense of release and restoration through deep relaxation. Sound can enhance your well-being and be supportive with easing tension, stress, muscle ache and offer pain relief.
