The Guardsmen turns great Bay Area nights into bright futures for under-resourced children. Since 1947, our volunteer-powered members have funded two core programs: camperships (two weeks of outdoor education that build confidence and belonging) and scholarships that keep students in high-quality schools. Each year we send ~2,500 children to camp and support ~250 children with scholarships across the Bay Area. That’s roughly $2.125M—an annual community investment in Bay Area children.
