" Blueprint Coffee seeks a mutually beneficial relationship loop among producers, staff, wholesale partners, vendors, and customers - a loop rooted in and sustained by coffee excellence. Good coffee must be good from the start, so we collaborate with sourcing partners to ensure that our coffees are fresh, exciting, and sustainable. Precise roasting, brewing, training and service models maintain the beauty of these coffees. In 2013, we opened our first coffee bar and roastery in St. Louis. Since then, our footprint has grown to include multiple coffee bars and a dedicated Roasting Headquarters. Blueprint Coffee fills the hoppers and shelves of quality-driven coffee bars and retailers across the country. "---------------------------------------Click here:Meet our Leadership Team---------------------------------------In our Education Department We believe specialty coffee is more than a product. It is an intentional practice shaped by the people, decisions, and relationships that connect that cup to all the communities that came before it. Our education department exists to explore these connections through four foundational pillars:"Quality, Intentionality, Transparency & Care for Others. "Through accessible, engaging and approachable education, we aim to develop knowledge, cultivate curiosity, and empower individuals to contribute meaningful engagement to this dynamic and amazing industry from the farm and roastery to the café and the communities we serve. All of our classes are open to everyone, from aspiring and career baristas to dedicated home brewers and curious coffee enthusiasts. Whether you're developing professional skills or simply looking to deepen your appreciation for coffee, there's something to explore at every level.Blueprint's space is welcomed to anyone looking to explore, learn, and develop a deeper appreciation for coffee, whether at home or professionally.---------------------------------------CURRICULUM OVERVIEW- Introductory CoursesEDU #01: Seed to CuppingEDU #02: Intro to EspressoEDU#03: Intro to Milk SteamingEDU #04: Brewing BasicsEDU #05: What is "Specialty"- Advanced CoursesEDU #06: Advanced EspressoEDU #07: Calibration CuppingEDU #08: Advanced Brewing "Understanding Extraction"---------------------------------------- Public Events!"Brew Like Me"Beyond the Basics : Coffee dive & tasting---------------------------------------Click to see our 3 cafe locations:Visit us outside the classroom
