What is a crafternoon?It was so hard choosing a name for my business as the words ‘craft’ ‘art’ ‘painting’ etc all come with their own images in our head. Crafting for many, conjures up images of paddle pop sticks or scrapbooking paper. Art is something we think only artists can make or it makes people stressed that what they create is not good enough. A lot of people also feel to paint, draw or sculpt you need to be an expert.I want to change these views by making creating fun and something everyone feels safe to do. At Crafternoons with Kirst we offer workshops for a variety of people to explore different creative mediums.
