Hi, I’m Nicola, the founder of Manera Coaching.I'm an accredited EFT Tapping Coach and Celtic Reiki Master and I've got a PhD in Employee Wellbeing.I am passionate about creating transformative spaces for personal growth and healing. I host a variety of events, from EFT Tapping sessions to Celtic Reiki journeys, all designed to help you reconnect with yourself, overcome challenges, and embrace new possibilities.My mission is to guide you towards a deeper sense of wellbeing and connection to yourself using accessible, effective techniques that can bring about lasting change.
