Founded by the visionary strategist and systems psychodynamic consultant, Carole, Margin Leaders merges emotional intelligence with tactical clarity to create dynamic spaces that honour both strategy and humanity.
We are nurturing a new breed of margin leader—individuals who embrace their wholeness amidst organisational challenges, navigate their paths with discernment, and cultivate power without succumbing to the exhausting performance of fitting into spaces that were never intended for us. Our mission is to fortify Black professionals as architects of their own resilience, redirecting the focus from sluggish institutions to bold self-leadership and systemic clarity.
Through transformative coaching, immersive labs, and a pioneering methodology, we equip our community with vital tools, empowering language, and a supportive network to navigate complexity while remaining grounded, protected, and self-determined.
