Reflective Rebels is a Carlisle-based community for business owners and leaders who want to grow their business without losing themselves in the process. Founded by business coach Ben Hickman, we bring people together through the Rebels Collective, a community built on honest conversation, real connection, and the belief that business growth and being human aren't mutually exclusive. We host co-working days, practical skills workshops, peer learning events, and experiences worth actually showing up for. No forced networking, no corporate theatre, just good people doing brave things in business together. Based at The Guild in Carlisle.
