Becky May

I am a Manchester-based poet and graduate of the Manchester Writing School.

I work as a Poet Mentor for the Comino Project in partnership with Manchester Poetry Library, supporting Poets in Residence to deliver workshops. I also facilitate workshops in poetry and fiction in community settings, both in person and online.

I am a strong advocate for holding community in writing and am often found at spoken word events, including the one I cohost – Verbose, Manchester’s longest running spoken word event.
