Christina Gates
I am an experienced, accredited Executive Professional Coach, Master Coach Supervisor and facilitator. I believe in bringing one’s whole self to coaching and supervision, with a strong commitment to inclusivity and accessibility. These values underpin my supervision practice, where I co-create spaces that are open, welcoming, and celebrate difference—while also supporting development, growth, reflection, and self-care.
My supervision approach is eclectic and flexible, drawing on a wide range of models, tools, and techniques. I incorporate humour and play to support learning and work with each coach’s unique learning style, development needs, and interests.
In addition to my individual coaching work, I’m a trained and experienced team coach and a certified Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner. I bring this broader context and experience into the supervision space.
I work with both independent and organisation-based coaches from diverse backgrounds and levels of experience. Feedback consistently highlights my ability to quickly establish trust and safety, and describes my style as sensitive, intuitive, grounded, inclusive, and authentic.
I adhere to the Global Code of Ethics for Coaches, Mentors, and Supervisors and am a proud Member of the Association for Coaching.
