Sam Lindsey (Hargrove)
Over the past several years, I’ve taught yoga and SEL across schools, camps, studios, and after-school programs throughout Portland and the surrounding area. My children’s classes combine yoga with storytelling, crafts, music, affirmations, and breathing tools—all woven together with trauma-informed language and a playful, inclusive approach. My foundation in psychology (B.A., University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa), paired with my training from Breathe for Change, has given me a strong understanding of child development, emotional regulation, and group management. I create and lead classes, camps, and afterschool programs. As well as workshops for adults, teachers, and inner child healing.
