Anthony B. Holtz is the creator of the Adaptive Roadmap Canvas (ARC) and author of Evolving Forward: Adapt & Thrive – The ARC Playbook and Workbook. With more than 30 years of experience as a business coach, transformation strategist and lecturer, he has guided more than 10,000 students and professionals through complexity, change and growth.
ARC is featured in the ARC Playbook, with a foreword by Joe W. Foster, co-founder of Reebok.
Anthony’s work is shaped by lived transformation. He grew up in East Berlin and experienced the fall of the Berlin Wall. Later he built digital ventures and worked with teams and organizations across many industries.
That experience ultimately shaped ARC: a practical framework for helping people find direction when the old plan no longer works.
