Christine’s 1-2-1 sessions and group workshops are delivered face-to-face and online, and include:

- Mindfulness / Transpersonal Art Therapy & Counselling

- Arts & crafts / companioned art-making 1-2-1 sessions and workshops

- Person-centered Wellness & Social Support: assisting with daily tasks, access to social & community activities, and navigating life goals with greater confidence & independence
