Chocadyllic

Hi, I’m Evelyn Day, a Jersey-based artisan chocolatier, founder of Chocadyllic.

My mission is to share the joy of creating with chocolate with everyone. I host relaxed, hands-on chocolate workshops designed to be enjoyable, welcoming and creative, whether you’re attending on your own or with friends.

During each session, guests make their own chocolates and take home a generous selection of what they create, with a typical retail value of around £15–£20. Sessions are informal, fun and indulgent, with plenty of opportunity to learn, taste and enjoy working with fine chocolate.
