Fiona Buckley

Fiona Buckley is a multi-award winning international Keynote Speaker, Work Behaviourist, Facilitator and High Performance coach and has been running her own business 8+ years. Fiona's speaks on many areas but has a specific interest in the topic of negotiations and assertiveness and has delivered sessions on this for 25+ years. Fiona started her career in Irish Business Employers confederation (IBEC) where she was negotiating employment deals at the very outset of her career. Her last corporate role was Head of Sales and Professional Services whereby she continued honing her negotiation skills. Fiona also recently set up Irelands first female speakers agency – the She Speaks Agency (www.shespeaksagency.com) so we can level the playing field for female speakers in Ireland and negotiates on the speakers behalf. Fiona is well known for her energy, enthusiasm, practicality, relatedness and motivation.
