Natalya Maria
Natalya Maria is a Miami-based Colombian entrepreneur, recording artist, and the visionary behind Got Cacao?—the brand anchoring her work at the intersection of cacao, music, and conscious connection. She is also the former founder of Aura Cacao Lounge, one of the East Coast’s only dedicated cacao lounges, which she built into a cultural hub before closing its physical doors in April 2025. Today, that vision lives on through immersive experiences she curates across Miami—blending ceremonial cacao with live music, DJ collaborations, and elevated community gatherings in spaces like Faena Miami Beach, The Moore Miami, and Andaz Miami Beach. As an artist, her music is an extension of her mission—channeling empowerment, embodiment, and truth through sound and presence.
Her trajectory has spanned an award-winning corporate career at the intersection of government, technology, and enterprise transformation. At Robert Half, she leads talent strategy and innovation across the U.S. East Coast, partnering with top organizations to build future-ready teams. Her work includes global consulting engagements with leading advertising networks and Fortune 500 brands, as well as collaborations with U.S. policymakers and international government leaders on initiatives focused on digital upskilling, workforce access, and economic opportunity—impacting hundreds of professionals worldwide.
Alongside this, Natalya is deeply devoted to human development—guiding individuals and communities through creative awakening, self-leadership, and personal expansion. Her work bridges structure and soul, performance and purpose, inviting people back into alignment with their inner voice and creative power. This next chapter culminates in the launch of The Artist’s Way Miami Journal Club, beginning April 24, 2026—a 12-week guided experience designed to help individuals reconnect with their inner artist, build discipline through daily practice, and unlock a more expressed, fully realized version of themselves.
