Jokes & Beers

Founded by Jakob Kerkhove little while after the Pandemic, Jokes and Beers started as a small alternative Comedy Open Mic on local bars in Barcelona, Spain. In no time it became one of the most successful Open Mic Shows in town, fixed at the now defunct Blacklab Tap Room in Antiga esquerra de l'Eixample. After the founding father moved away to England, tho show was inherited by a bunch of comedians close to the show, who still manage it.

We've organized weekly shows ever since, in a variety of bars, brew houses, and restaurants, aside from private events. Always keeping the original linings of the original J&B: Every comedian is welcome, from first timers to famous. Everything goes as long as it's funny.
