I’m Laura, the heart behind Laura Rose Holistics. I’m a trained Reiki practitioner and sound healer, and I love creating nurturing spaces where people can relax, restore, and reconnect. Through sound baths, workshops, and holistic gatherings, I aim to bring a sense of calm and balance into everyday life. Alongside my events, I also make candles, jewellery, and crystal pieces – all infused with intention and care. My mission is to hold space where people feel supported, soothed, and uplifted.
