Feldenkrais is a form of bodywork that involves neuromuscular re-education that makes more possibilities for movement accessible. There are two main ways of experiencing the Feldenkrais Method. Awareness Through Movement (ATM) lessons are guided, verbal movement classes designed to improve flexibility, posture, and coordination through slow, mindful exploration. Functional Integration (FI) is an individual, hands-on session in which the practitioner uses gentle touch and movement to help you become aware of how you currently organize your movements and to introduce possibilities for moving with greater comfort, ease, and efficiency.
