Michelle Wu-Imhof
Michelle is a Cultural Intelligence and Unconscious Bias Coach who helps organisations develop high-performing teams that excel in cross-cultural collaboration by challenging hidden biases and assumptions.
Before becoming a coach, Michelle spent 15 years in regional and global HR roles in large, complex, matrixed organisations, predominantly within Swiss organisations. She has lived across five countries and ten cities throughout Europe and Asia, giving her deep, lived experience of leading and navigating diverse teams in multinational environments.
Drawing on her experience, she is writing a book on how to job search in an AI-powered job market. She hopes to help others have a better understanding of the myths surrounding modern hiring, while also addressing the biases that both HR, hiring managers, and candidates hold — and how to manage those biases effectively during a job search.
