My path has been anything but ordinary. It began in a household weighed down by addiction, pain, and instability, and by the age of eight I made a decision that would change everything: my future would not mirror my past.

That choice became the foundation of my resilience. Against the odds, I graduated high school as Valedictorian and All-Girl, earning scholarships and stepping into a future built by my own determination. But leaving behind the chaos didn’t erase the weight of trauma. I had to dig deep, unlearn what held me back, and rebuild myself from the inside out. Through that process, I discovered the principle that drives my work today: while we can’t always control what happens to us, we can always choose how we respond — and in those choices lies the power to transform our lives.

Now, as the founder of Dawn Property Group and MD Consulting, I empower leaders to move from chaos to clarity. My strategies help leaders align vision with execution, build stability through real estate, and create systems that generate sustainable growth. Beyond business, I serve as a community leader, HOA President, and organizer, because leadership isn’t just about success — it’s about building spaces where others can thrive.
