RiseStrong Safeguarding Training &Consultancy
RiseStrong Safeguarding Training & Consultancy runs practitioner-led safeguarding training for people who want more than a tick-box certificate.
Every course is designed and delivered by Emily Mitchell-Merron, a registered social worker and founder of RiseStrong. Sessions draw on real frontline experience, current legislation and the CURIOUS Framework, RiseStrong's own model for professional curiosity and anti-racist safeguarding practice.
We host live, interactive online courses, including:
- Level 4 Strategic Safeguarding Leadership (CPD UK certified) for DSLs and managers
- Level 5 Systems Leadership in Safeguarding (CPD UK certified) for senior leaders
- Courses on professional curiosity using The CURIOUS Framework, anti-racism and inclusion, and mental health and safeguarding
Our mission is simple: safeguarding that is practitioner-led, legally informed and psychologically safe. Expect real case studies, practical tools you can use straight away, and a safe space to reflect and challenge practice.
