The Inner Mujer Project
The Inner Mujer Project is led by Reyna and Anairis, two licensed therapists who recognized the need for more spaces where women can connect, reflect, and support one another outside of traditional therapy. While this is not a clinical setting, the Inner Mujer Project is designed as a community-centered space for women to gather, explore, and grow together.
Rooted in holistic healing, ancestral wisdom, embodied practices, and spirituality, the Inner Mujer Project creates intentional spaces where women can engage in meaningful dialogue, reflect on their experiences, and connect with their inner power.
This work may not resonate with everyone, and that is intentional. Our mission is to co-create spaces where healing is accessible, grounded in culture and community, and where women are reminded that they are the manifestations their ancestors prayed for. We also aim to challenge traditional, clinical, and Western-centric approaches to mental health by decolonizing therapy and reclaiming community-based healing. While our professional backgrounds as therapists inform how space is held, this is a collective, community-centered experience- not therapy and is open to all women seeking connection, reflection, and growth.
