Dr. Jacqueline Kucera is the Founder and CEO of SOTRAI GmbH – Source of Trust in AI. She works at the intersection of AI Governance, Leadership and Trust, helping organizations govern AI responsibly, strengthen human judgment and build trust in new working worlds.

Her professional background combines research, executive leadership and public-sector transformation. She was a Visiting Research Fellow at the University of Tokyo and previously led the Parliamentary Library, Research and Data services of the Swiss Federal Parliament. She also teaches AI Governance and brings extensive experience in evidence-based decision-making, institutional leadership and responsible digital transformation.
