Izabela Stasiewicz
My path began in physiotherapy, where I developed a deep understanding of the body and its capacity to heal. Over time, my work evolved beyond physical rehabilitation and into a more holistic approach to wellbeing—one that honours the connection between body, mind, and energy.
Today, my teaching weaves together yoga movement, breath awareness, and sound healing to create nurturing spaces where people can soften, release tension, and return to a natural state of balance. Through these practices, I invite students to slow down, listen inwardly, and rediscover a sense of ease within themselves.
My intention is simple: to support others in moving through life with more presence, compassion, and ease.
